We’re working with a high-performing adtech company specialising in digital video that partners with top-tier agencies and brands to solve complex advertising challenges.

They’re now seeking a senior commercial leader to manage and grow their most important relationships.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning senior-level agency and client relationships
• Driving long-term revenue growth across strategic accounts
• Leading large-scale pitches and commercial negotiations
• Navigating multiple stakeholders across different teams and seniorities
• Identifying new ways to expand partnerships and unlock value
• Providing mentorship and commercial guidance to the wider sales team
• Feeding market insight into senior leadership

What they’re looking for

• Significant experience in media, adtech, or digital advertising sales
• Strong existing agency connections
• A track record of closing high-value, complex deals
• Commercial confidence at director and leadership level
