Location: London (hybrid / office-based depending on preference)We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing digital video business that’s gaining serious traction across the agency market. As demand continues to grow, they’re looking to appoint a high‑performing Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to help scale revenue and strengthen agency partnerships.
This is a front‑line, commercially focused role for someone who genuinely loves the agency world — being out with clients, pitching and presenting, building momentum in conversations and closing business. You’ll be joining a small but established team where sales performance is highly visible and where your contribution will directly influence the next phase of growth.
The role
You’ll take ownership of driving revenue through agency relationships, identifying new opportunities, and positioning a compelling, video‑led proposition within modern digital media plans. This is not an account‑maintenance role — you’ll be expected to actively generate momentum, lead conversations, and convert pipeline into spend.
Working closely with senior stakeholders internally, you’ll help shape how the business is taken to market, while collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and clients are well supported.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow strong relationships with media agencies and key stakeholders
- Proactively identify, pitch and convert new revenue opportunities
- Deliver confident, engaging presentations to agency and brand partners
- Position digital video solutions within wider media planning and budget conversations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation through to close
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of the digital video and AdTech landscape
About you
This role suits a proven sales performer with deep experience in digital media and AdTech, and a strong background in video — ideally YouTube. You’ll be comfortable operating in agency environments and confident engaging senior stakeholders.
You enjoy being on the front foot: pitching ideas, telling a compelling commercial story, and bringing deals over the line. You’re target‑focused, resilient, and motivated by impact rather than hierarchy.
