• Extensive experience working with WPP agencies and a deep understanding of their structures and buying models.
• A proven ability to deliver against ambitious sales targets with a history of consistent overachievement.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic and the wider adtech ecosystem, with the ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value.
• Established industry relationships, both within WPP and across the broader media and advertising landscape.
• Strategic, consultative sales skills combined with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Previous team management experience is highly advantageous.
