This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative business with international reach, working alongside ambitious teams that are passionate about brand, performance and technology.

The Role

As Business Development Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the agency’s growth strategy, building high-value relationships and driving revenue through new client wins. You’ll be at the forefront of networking, pitching and creating opportunities that showcase the agency’s expertise in digital, data and performance-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities across key sectors.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision makers and intermediaries.

  • Lead the pitch process from initial brief through to final negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and sales materials.

  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences and thought-leadership sessions.

  • Drive outreach campaigns and contribute to marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of digital media, emerging tech and market trends to position the agency as a trusted partner.

About You

  • Proven track record in business development, with 5+ years in a digital or media agency environment.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial mindset and experience negotiating contracts and pricing models.

  • Passionate about digital innovation, AI and the future of performance marketing.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Confident networker with established industry contacts.

What’s on Offer

Alongside a competitive package and attractive commission structure, you’ll benefit from a supportive culture, flexible working, and the chance to work on exciting campaigns for well-known global brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the growth of a forward-thinking agency.
