The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Agency Sales Manager to lead business development efforts with media agencies and relevant partners. This is a key commercial role, focused on building strategic relationships, securing new revenue streams, and elevating the company’s presence across the media landscape. The right candidate will be passionate, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with agency partners.
  • Own and grow agency relationships to drive long-term revenue.
  • Deliver compelling pitches and presentations that communicate the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in media sales, agency partnerships, or business development, ideally in a digital, content, or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and close deals.
  • A passion for video, media innovation, and storytelling.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
