Senior Account Director (AdTech / Media Partnerships)

We’re working with an innovative technology company operating at the intersection of data, culture, and digital media. Their platform helps brands better understand audience behaviour and activate campaigns in highly relevant environments across the open web.

The business partners with leading global measurement and research organisations to turn large-scale data insights into practical marketing solutions. As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Account Director to help drive commercial growth through strategic partnerships and agency engagement.

The Role

This position is focused on expanding revenue through a major industry partnership and developing new opportunities across agencies and brands. You will play a key role in bringing innovative targeting solutions to market, leading conversations with senior stakeholders and converting opportunities into campaign activity.

The role combines commercial leadership, partnership development, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales performance and deliver against revenue targets

  • Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline

  • Convert initial campaign trials into longer-term commercial partnerships

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting

Partnership & Client Development

  • Collaborate closely with partner teams to introduce solutions to their clients

  • Build and deepen relationships with media agencies and planning teams

  • Expand engagement across major agency groups and open new opportunities

  • Position innovative audience approaches to senior marketing stakeholders

Commercial Storytelling

  • Develop compelling sales narratives and presentation materials

  • Translate data insights into clear business value for clients

  • Contribute to the evolution of scalable sales processes and go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years in a senior sales, commercial, or strategic account role within media, marketing, or technology

  • Strong understanding of how media agencies plan and buy digital advertising

  • Demonstrated success in generating new revenue and expanding accounts

  • Comfortable presenting complex data or technology solutions in a commercial context

  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution

Desirable

  • Experience within adtech, audience targeting, or data-driven marketing platforms

  • Background in agency strategy, planning, or commercial partnerships

Package & Benefits

  • £55,000 – £70,000 base salary plus commission

  • Hybrid working with regular time in London
