The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue across the UK agency landscape — with a particular focus on deepening relationships across OMG, Havas, and IPG. While your primary focus will be the UK, experience working with international agency teams will be a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow agency investment and market share
- Build strong, lasting relationships across key agency groups
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, creating a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Deliver client value through consultative selling and insight-led solutions
- Represent the business as a trusted partner within the UK media ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales
- Strong existing connections within OMG, Havas or IPG (one or more)
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and driving new business
- Excellent understanding of programmatic and digital media solutions
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think commercially
