We’re recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised digital media leader — a brand that millions engage with daily and that continues to shape the future of programmatic advertising. They’re looking for a Client Direct Sales Manager to join their high-performing team and help drive revenue through strategic brand partnerships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an iconic digital platform, working directly with major advertisers to deliver cutting-edge programmatic solutions across CTV, video, native, and display.
You'll be selling directly into Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and senior stakeholders, so strong commercial acumen and confidence in C-suite conversations are essential. If you bring experience in Client Direct digital media sales, a strong grasp of the adtech landscape, and relationships in Travel or Retail, this role could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Win and grow direct brand partnerships, owning the full sales process from prospecting to close
- Deliver tailored, insight-driven advertising solutions across a powerful programmatic platform
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships, especially with CMOs and CDOs
- Leverage internal support teams to craft best-in-class campaigns and drive results
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging opportunities within digital media
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in Client Direct digital advertising sales (not agency-focused)
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite marketers
- Solid understanding of programmatic, DSPs, audience targeting, and omnichannel media
- Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding revenue targets
- Ideally, existing contacts within the Travel or Retail sectors
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
