The Role
As Digital Agency Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue across a broad suite of digital products, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising. You’ll work closely with agency partners to craft innovative campaigns across video, audio, and emerging channels — bringing creativity and commercial flair to every pitch.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key media agency groups.
- Sell integrated and programmatic campaigns across video, audio/podcast, and display channels.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (trading, programmatic, content partnerships) to deliver effective, multi-platform solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends and champion new digital formats to clients.
About You
- Proven track record in digital media sales, ideally within a major publisher or media owner.
- Programmatic experience is essential – you understand the ecosystem, trading desks, and DSPs.
- Audio / Podcast sales experience highly desirable.
- Strong existing relationships within UK agency groups.
- Confident communicator, commercially driven, and passionate about digital innovation.
