Senior Programmatic & Partnerships Lead – CTV Advertising

Location: London (Hybrid)

Our client, a global leader in the fast-paced AdTech industry, is at the forefront of Connected TV and mobile advertising innovation. They are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Partnerships Lead to drive strategic collaborations and accelerate business expansion across the European mobile ad ecosystem.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, securing, and managing high-impact partnerships with CTV tech businesses and supply / programmatic partners + some data specialists. You will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle—from market research and deal structuring to contract negotiations and performance optimization—helping to drive revenue and shape the future of digital advertising.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to increase partner revenue across Europe.
  • Secure and manage key relationships with ad tech players, including DSP / SSP's, data providers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring beneficial commercial terms and smooth integration processes.
  • Be the expert for CTV EMEA
  • Analyse partnership performance and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams spanning product, marketing, legal, and business development.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, advocating for new opportunities to drive innovation and revenue.

What You Bring:

  • Strong background in CTV advertising, AdTech, or digital partnerships.
  • Proven ability to identify and negotiate high-value strategic deals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Established industry connections within the CTV ad ecosystem.
  • Track record of driving commercial success through strategic collaborations.
