This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in selling video and CTV solutions and who has established deep, spending relationships within the UK agency landscape. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by positioning the client’s premium advertising solutions and expanding their footprint in the UK market. - Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by selling the client’s omnichannel digital advertising solutions (CTV, Mobile, Display, OTT) to both network and independent agencies.
- Agency Relationships: Leverage existing relationships with media agencies and build new ones to enhance client partnerships and grow advertising spend.
- Client Solutions: Tailor bespoke advertising solutions to meet the specific needs of agencies and their clients, aligning with both digital and omnichannel strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, particularly in video and CTV, and educate clients on the value of adopting cutting-edge advertising solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including ad operations, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
 - Qualifications & Experience: - Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in digital advertising, with a focus on video, CTV, and omnichannel platforms.
- Agency Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with media agencies in the UK.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CTV, OTT, and digital video advertising landscapes, along with a broader understanding of mobile and display advertising solutions.
- Sales Skills: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience selling to both independent and network agencies.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of pitching complex digital solutions in a compelling and understandable manner.
- Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
