My client is a fast growth global AdTech business offering high impact programmatic display / video advertising at scale.
They have phenomenal solutions for Brands, Agencies and Publishers alike…ensuring hi performance and ROI for advertisers and an amazing experience for consumers.
Their launch of their BENELUX office has resulted in a host of new opportunities including a Sales Director position. Based in Amsterdam.
The Sales Director position
The Sales Director will be an influential person within the Amsterdam office, helping to grow, develop and support the agency focused sales team whilst leading top line programmatic conversations and trading agreements with agency groups.
You will be responsible for representing the business, evangelising the platform and being the main face of the business in the eyes of agency land within the BENELUX region.
The ideal candidate will have an unquestionable passion for the industry and deep knowledge of the programmatic space.
You will be an excellent salesperson, relationship builder and problem solver with an infectious energy. Naturally, you will have built up a strong network, not just across agency land, but with publishers and the rest of the digital / AdTech landscape.
The role and responsibilities
- Maintain and build key agency side contacts, particularly with the Programmatic Trading Desks.
- Be responsible for driving revenue for the BENELUX agency team and exceeding targets.
- Contribute to scalable account management operations for agency accounts.
- Evangelise publisher partners and new products
- Step in and help resolve technical matters.
- Lead and enthuse your team of Sales Managers.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years digital agency sales experience
- Deep agency contacts across the BENELUX region
- Experience working with all major agency trading desks.
- Strong understanding / knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
- A natural communicator and exemplary presenter.
