Description

Our client is a leading ad tech company offering a range of advertising solutions including high impact formats to boost the success of campaigns.

 

The Account Manager Role consists of managing key accounts in the German market. This role will be key to nurturing existing clients and their campaigns. Given the required knowledge and service level expected the Account Manager will need to have a consultative approach to dealing with both external clients and internal teams providing a rounded approach to problem solving in delivering the most efficient, cohesive and premium client servicing. 

 

Key candidate requirements:

MUST speak German fluently

1- 2 years experience

 

Salary - up to £29k!

 

Responsibilities:

Campaign management: 

- Extremely well organised and delivers a structured approach to campaign management 

- Monitor campaigns pacing & performance to ensure delivery against the client KPIs. 

- Taking ownership of campaign coordination and implementation as soon as IO received 

- Manage the campaign set-up & implementation with MOBKOI operational team & client 

- Develop in-depth understanding of internal processes and creates streamlined communication with internal teams 

- Utilise internal campaign management platform to monitor each campaign performance and flag to the relevant teams any action requested 

- Propose optimisations based on latest campaign data, ensure these have actioned & check their impact on campaign results 

- Implement publishers’ & creative learning to allow continuous improvement from one campaign to another 

- Develop key understanding of MOBKOI’s analytical, creative & publishing capabilities to help provide clients with actionable insights 

- Coordinate regular catch ups with sales members to ensure all information is secured before campaign set up begins 

- Demonstrate a problem solving & result-oriented approach using data/insights to make informed decisions 

 

Client Service:

- Demonstrate active listening & empathy towards clients to propose adapted solutions to their needs 

- Build long lasting relationships with key clients 

- Create clear & insightful EOC reports using MOBKOI brand guidelines 

- Present EOC reports to key clients on regular basis 

- Develop knowledge of the digital landscape and become expert in mobile advertising 

Communication: 

- Communicate clearly & timely with relevant internal team to deliver the best possible campaign & client service 

- Communicate clearly & timely with clients to diffuse any campaign issues 

- Act as the gatekeeper of all campaign information
