- Report to - Global Head of ProgrammaticIf you are commercially minded, ambitious and keen to develop your career in programmatic advertising sales, then this is the role for you.As a Programmatic Account Director you’ll identity programmatic budgets and increase the spend of our client's customers typically via their media agencies. You’ll deliver high-quality business proposals and proactively develop new business in order to achieve quarterly targets. In addition to your sales function, you’ll support your team by providing customer revenue reporting, internal business updates, assisting in the creation of new sales materials and by recording all new bookings accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:Working with manager to maximize revenue across the portfolio- Working across display, video and mobile inventory
- Working closely with Media Agencies, Trading desks, DSP’s and SSP’s
- Evangelise about the business and portfolio within the industry
- Source and build new commercial relationships with new suppliers
- Maximising revenue through the use of data
- Work closely with the trafficking team to maximize efficiency and consistency of supply
- Work closely with account management to ensure all advertising restrictions are adhered to
- Work with sales team to ensure any campaigns sold are effectively delivered
- Provide finance with relevant reports and update CRM system
- Any other reasonable duties as requested
Skill’s/Experience Required:Experience of online sales with a proven track record of revenue generation- Understanding of online programmatic landscape particularly GAM
- Experience of working with agencies
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Strong reporting, monitoring and analytical skills
- Established agency trading desk relationships and can easily gain access to these teams along with building new relationships where needed.
- Experienced in programmatic PMP sales for media owners
- Preferably but not essential:
- Both international experience and awareness of the international market landscape
- Strong knowledge of industry trends
- Confident self-starter, ambitious with a demonstrated track record of delivering against targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills with an inherent ability to assimilate technical information
- Ambitious and passionate about our brands
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, but also as part of a supportive team.
