Commercial Director

Our client is a rapidly expanding International Digital Agency.

Having experienced rapid growth over the last seven years they are now looking for a Senior Executive to spearhead a new office set up in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will need to be German/English or French/English bi-lingual and should be living in Switzerland, or be prepared to re-locate.

A background in Digital Media is essential,ideally including significant experience selling to agencies.

With ultimate responsibility for revenue growth, candidates should be sales-focused and be able to demonstrate an impressive track record in business development, leading team - pitches and co-ordinating key sales, marketing and operations team-members.

A background of working with and selling to International swiss Agencies and Brands is also vital and current strong relationships will be necessary.

A very ‘hands-on’ approach will be called for, together with strong management skills, enthusiasm to build the team and business, , a passion for mobile marketing and advertising, and a desire to lead 

from the front regarding sales, business development and key presentations.

Please note, a Digital Media background and agency sales experience is essential.
