- Description
- Our client, an international communications company is looking for an experienced Account Manager, who will be responsible for the development and performance of advertising campaigns to oversee clients in the Russian, UK and SEA markets. The AM will work closely with the larger AM team to build and develop strong relationships with the customers, and become their go-to resource and primary contact.
Responsibilities
- To retain and develop your portfolio of clients by optimising their campaigns on the company platform
- Become an advocate for each campaign you manage, utilising strong persuasive selling skills to internally promote your campaigns
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact, which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
- You will effectively interact with other departments including the sales team when handling campaign start-ups, ensuring you are briefed fully and correctly in all aspects to the point of account manager handover
- You will also interact closely with the technical team, the Account Executives and the other Account Managers to gather, monitor and analyse performance data and ongoing strategy on a monthly basis throughout the length of the campaign
- Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
- Ensure account plans for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client and the campaign, from the point of handover from the account manager
- Actively seek to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell reward scheme to targets
- Responding to requests from the Account Director in an efficient and timely manner
Desired Skils And Experience
- Languages - must speak fluent English and Russian. Other languages -advantage
- Extensive account management in advertising tech industry
- Ability to analyse results, identify and explain any variances from targets
- Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, representative, creative, and can think out of the box
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team environment
- Experienced in using common sales and business tools: Salesforce, Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
- Versatility - must be self-motivated and a team player. Individual must be capable of working independently but be able to change gears quickly to work collaboratively, and creatively to solve needs
