One of our Christmas Recommendations is Gaucho Piccadilly :

Steak Restaurant In Piccadilly | Gaucho Piccadilly

On the 27th of November, I attended the Long Lunch event at, just a minute away from Piccadilly Circus. Organised by Martin Olima for Tom Chapman (Adobe), a former professional rugby player and media nomads. It was the perfect mix of networking, good food, and supporting two causes that genuinely matter. It wasn’t just another business lunch: there was a real sense of purpose behind it.

The event raised awareness and funds for two charities : LooseHeadz, working to challenge the stigma around mental health in rugby. And Brain Tumour Research, supporting vital scientific research.

After the lunch, two legends, Anthony Watson and Vicky regaled us with stories and insight into being professional rugby players. I would recommend them both for any after diner speaking!!! It made the experience feel more personal and impactful.

Gaucho Piccadilly is such a beautiful spot. It’s set inside a restored townhouse just off Regent Street, and the moment you walk in, the mood is warm, and elegant. The lighting, the décor, the layout. Everything creates a really inviting atmosphere.

The restaurant has several spaces depending on what you need: Private rooms for events or meetings, a lively main dining area, a stylish bar where you can grab a drink before sitting down.

It’s flexible, welcoming, and perfect for both business and social occasions.

The three-course menu prepared for the event was genuinely delicious. Gaucho is obviously known for its steaks, but everything served that afternoon from the starter to the dessert: was well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and generous. The house wine paired well with the dishes, and the service throughout the event was friendly and attentive, even though the room was full. Though it was £8.50 for half a pint of beer.
