My client is a leader in behaviour / intent targeting and multiple offices around the world.  
Their proprietary tech leads the way in Intent Targeting delivering relevant ads to the right people at the right time and, after 6 years of building a strong and loyal client base, they are now ready for the next stage of growth and investing heavily in the London team.
 
They are now looking for an experience and well-rounded Senior Account Manager.
The Account Manager Role
They are now looking for an experience Account Manager to collaborate daily with some of their major UK clients and their international teams, by helping them achieve their marketing objectives through their range of behavioural marketing solutions and help create tailor made strategies for their clients.
This role is part Account Manager and part Sales Manager and will be required to deepen
partnership relationships with existing clients and take a consultative commercial approach
to educating them on the value proposition.
You would take an active interest in the initial research of potential opportunities, to
presenting your ideas to our clients in helpful tailored ways and then managing client
campaign requirements through to set up and delivery. There needs to be a natural
commercial hunger present in your day to day work.
The role offers a unique blend of hands-on account management with client facing
responsibilities by working in a fun-loving, results driven environment. Your key
accountabilities will be to:
1. Protect and grow existing revenue
2. Client management and development
More specifically:
● Act as a primary liaison to develop a strong client relationship and manage
allocated agency and brand relationships with a long-term view of retention,
revenue expansion and depth of contact with clients
● Proactively find opportunities by networking up and down to identify client pain
points, understand their products and services, their business goals and address
these with the range of products and services they offer.
● Effectively design strategies and business plans to grow revenue and combat
potential revenue losses
● Utilise personal presentation and analytical skills to provide clients with updates on
new business capabilities and actionable recommendations and insights on an
ongoing basis
● Ensure that client service is always best in class and address and solve any issue in an
effective and quick manner to provide satisfaction
● Work closely with other teams to ensure company’s success with:
▪ Sales team to onboard new clients in a consultative and structured manner
▪ Trading team to help them exceeding targets by providing meaningful
information about clients’ goals
▪ Product and client solutions teams to think out of the box and build bespoke
solutions meetings strategic client’s expectations
● Actively manage an allocation of clients and revenue targets associated with these
accountabilities, tracking personal performance against these goals
 
The ideal candidate
A dynamic, enthusiastic manager who can lead from the front in championing client
requirements and driving long-term commercial benefit. Someone who is highly
competent in creating and developing deep and beneficial relationships both inside and
outside the organisation.
 
In addition, we are looking for someone who is:
● Commercially aware and can drive revenue growth among existing clients.
● Confident in providing proposals, recommendations and strategies that can help
our clients grow their business
● Client facing and confident in presenting to clients in person.
● Knowledgeable of the digital landscape, RTB, DMP, DSP’s etc
● Experienced in working with online metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, eCPM.
● Proven and can demonstrate a minimum of at least 4 years of experience dealing
with media agencies and/or direct clients in the digital advertising space.
● Polished in their verbal and written communication skills.
● Analytical, data analysis comfortable and has good problem-solving skills.
● Highly organized, with an ability to be agile in our fast-paced environment.
● Able to prioritize and focus, with great attention to detail.
● Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel Skills, Advanced Powerpoint
Skills, Power BI (desired but not mandatory)
● Experienced in being able to fully understand business models and campaign
objectives, with an ability to develop strategies to meet these goals.
