We are recruiting an AV Director for a successful independent media agency.

You’ll lead the planning and buying across TV, BVOD, CTV, radio and sponsorship, while managing senior client relationships and developing a talented AV team.

You’ll need:

• Strong AV planning and buying experience
• Knowledge of DDS, TechEdge and CFlight
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent client leadership and presentation skills
• A strong understanding of the changing broadcast landscape
