Customer Success Executive – TV & Media SaaS

Role Type: Permanent
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)

About the Opportunity

Our client is an exciting tech/SaaS business right at the centre of the broadcast and CTV ecosystem. Working with broadcasters, streaming platforms, and media operators, they provide solutions that enable smarter management of advertising inventory, improved campaign performance, and more effective use of data.

With a strong emphasis on customer partnership, the business is focused on helping clients embed their platform into everyday workflows and unlock long-term value.

Role Overview

This is an opportunity for a driven Customer Success Executive to support a portfolio of international clients. You’ll play a key role from onboarding through to long-term adoption, ensuring users are confident, engaged, and getting real value from the platform.

You’ll work closely with senior internal stakeholders while building strong relationships externally, combining client management with analytical insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Enablement: Deliver structured onboarding sessions and hands-on training to new users, ensuring a seamless introduction to the platform.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships across client teams, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Adoption & Performance Tracking: Monitor platform usage, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement and growth.
  • Insight & Reporting Delivery: Translate client needs into reporting outputs, working with internal teams to deliver tailored dashboards and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technical, and Solutions teams to share feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Client Communications: Support regular updates, usage summaries, and maintain accurate client-facing documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Early Career Experience: 1–2 years’ experience within adtech, media, broadcasting, or a related digital environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident presenting and explaining data or technical concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • Commercial & Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and making informed recommendations.
  • Relationship-Focused: Enjoys building trust and working closely with clients in a consultative capacity.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative Approach: A team player who thrives in a growing SaaS business and enjoys cross-functional working.
