About the Role
A leading business advisory and accounting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Transaction Services leader to drive the growth of its UK Deals practice. Supported by significant investment and operating across the UK and Northern Europe, the firm has established a strong presence in the mid-market sector, blending local partner-led service with the strength of a global platform.
This strategic hire is part of the firm’s continued expansion. The firm has a particular focus on mid-market private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses.
The Opportunity
- Lead and expand the London Transaction Services team within the UK Advisory division
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, leveraging existing relationships
- Deliver high-quality buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and transaction advisory services
- Collaborate with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate acquirers on mid-market deals
- Work with international colleagues on cross-border transactions
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while embedding a culture of quality and commercial excellence
- Contribute to strategic decisions at Partner/Director level, influencing firm growth, hiring, and market positioning
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Transaction Services leader at Director, Partner, or Senior Director level, or a Senior Director ready to advance
- Strong technical expertise in financial due diligence, with a proven record of leading complex projects
- Demonstrated success in deal origination and revenue growth
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and aligned with a partner-led culture
