Senior Director - Publisher Sales
We’re working with an established, fast-growing, innovative player in the digital advertising and technology space who are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Director. The Opportunity:
Our client is a high-growth, international business recognised for their ability to combine advanced AdTech with scalable SaaS solutions. Their platform empowers digital publishers to maximise revenue, streamline operations, and create lasting commercial partnerships. With a strong presence in the market and ambitious expansion plans, they’re now looking for a senior commercial leader to accelerate growth across EMEA and beyond.
In this role, you will:
- Lead on developing and closing strategic partnerships with major publishers.
- Leverage your established network within the AdTech ecosystem to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers, from product leads to C-level executives.
- Represent the business at key industry events, establishing thought leadership and market presence.
- Collaborate internally to deliver seamless onboarding and exceptional value to clients.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals that drive meaningful revenue growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in AdTech and SaaS sales with proven success in building publisher partnerships.
- Deep industry relationships across the digital publishing space, with the ability to open doors at senior levels.
- Experience leading complex deal cycles and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate value at both technical and strategic levels.
- A self-starter with the drive to succeed in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
