We are a specialist recruitment agency, established for over 30 years, providing high-quality recruitment solutions to clients across Management Consultancy / Advisory, Media, Digital, Finance and .
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient recruitment service to our clients and candidates
working closely . This will involve identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and building
long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
You will work closely with key clients and be responsible for account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and visits
* Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment methods, including social media, LinkedIn, and
networking
events.
* Manage the recruitment process, including headhunting candidates, CV screening, preparing candidates for
interviews
and
negotiating offers.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including placements, interviews, and client meetings
* Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates and clients, using our internal database and external sources
* Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including job postings and social media updates
* Participate in training and development programs to improve recruitment skills and knowledge
* Work closely with our Team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
* Win new business and help grow existing clients
Requirements:
* 1-4 years of recruitment experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good sales skills
* Excellent verbal and written English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Track record of business development and key account management
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided)
* Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
* Sense of humour and must be a team-player
