Key Skills:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
- CRM experience to track client activity
- Increase client product knowledge and provide accurate insights
- Act as a client advocate to enhance their experience
- Proficiency in email and strong English writing skills
- Confident in client interactions and working with multiple teams
- Support junior team members and manage client campaigns independently
What we’re looking for:
- 2/3+ years of client management experience in a scale-up environment
- Evidence of strong client relationship management
- Passion for creating change and challenging traditional thinking
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Willing to work in London 2 days a week and possess strong interpersonal skills
