Programmatic Yield Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Yield Manager to join our client's team with a leading global entertainment business. In this role, you will lead and oversee the setup, optimization, and management of programmatic ad campaigns. Your primary focus will be on maximizing yield across various SSPs while developing and implementing strategies that align with our client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end process of campaign setup and optimization, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals and client objectives.
Strategic Development: Develop and execute programmatic campaign strategies that align with clients' objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
Reporting & Analysis: Manage comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Stakeholder Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering expert guidance on new platform requirements and emerging trends that will drive future revenue opportunities.
Yield Management: Utilize your experience in programmatic ad operations to manage and optimize yield across various supply-side platforms (SSPs), ensuring maximum revenue generation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Extensive experience in programmatic ad operations, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing yield using various SSPs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ad tech platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs, with a strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving best practices in programmatic campaign management.
