AV Director

Our client is a leading independent media agency, who are seeking a AV Director to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in leading and inspiring a team, delivering across TV, VOD, Audio and Ciniema. Fantastic skills in cultivating relationships with clients, media owners and other stakeholders, is a must for this role. 

The Director will manage a team of2 AV Managers and 1 AV Exec, and will report into the Business Director. 

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing planning, buying and delivery of price/quality and audit requirements
Managing all deliverables and deadlines across your team
Running weekly status meetings
Optimising performance across the team via setting appropriate KPIs
Strong relationship management
Supporting the Head of AV and BD to ensure a high performing and motivated team.
Conducting reviews and setting of personal objectives for direct reports
Working as a collaborative team player across the agency, actively supporting colleagues and sharing learnings
