Our Client is a Global, Award Winning, Independent Media agency, set on achieving ground-breaking results for their clients. Working across an extensive array of channels including Display, Audio, Video and CTV, the company is known for exemplary standards whether that is hitting KPIs, overseeing progression and development or maintaining a healthy and motivated workplace environment.
The Role
You will be given an exciting opportunity as Head of Paid Media. A consolidation of leading a team of digital specialists and providing award wining strategies for key clients, you will be accountable for the overall performance of both, and encouraging a culture of development and learning.
Main duties
Promote a culture of development and learning. Identifying key gaps in team and ensuring training is available.
Look for ways to grow and fine tune the paid media product offering
Ensure standardisation and consistency of product offering across the team
Work with platform partners (Google, Facebook etc.) on joint roadmaps to hit joint goals and up-skill team
Build relationships with the wider team as well as key clients
Run PPC/Paid Social meetings and workshops on new developments in the industry
Speak at the companies events on paid media
Skills, knowledge and experience required
7+ years minimum PPC and Paid Social experience – preferably agency side
2+ years leadership experience
Expert knowledge of PPC / Paid Social platforms, strategies and landscape as well as a leader in your field
Proven ability to run large, global PPC and Paid Social accounts
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and strategies
Ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get hands-on if required
Excellent communicator who sees team wellbeing as a priority
Wider digital knowledge (esp. Programmatic Display). You will be expected to work closely with other specialist teams
Articulate with excellent presentation and client facing skills
Platform qualified (Google Ads, Blueprint etc.)
Ability to share PPC/Paid social news, results, developments across wider agency
Ability to work in fast paced relationship and take ownership of your responsibilities
