Description
Leading digital mobile specialist is looking for a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join their dynamic team in London. Your proactive and assertive nature will enable you to complete projects thoroughly and efficiently. With strong communication you will liaise closely and develop solid relationships with the team and clients, representing the company and confidently presenting at meetings and delivering excellent customer service.
Your experience of the digital-mobile media sector will drive the business and you will contribute your programmatic and mobile skills which will enhance your ability to work well under-pressure with your extensive tech knowledge.

The Role:
Work closely with the UK sales team to protect and grow existing client relationships
Manage all UK campaigns from the point of sale up to producing the post-campaign analysis
Manage internal communication between different departments 
Provide a consultative approach with key clients, acting as the main point of contact post-sales. Consulting with them on how best to achieve and exceed their objectives and making strategic and tactical recommendations
Train and support external Summit users: agencies, trade desks, direct clients and publishers according to strategy plan provided by the local Country Manager
1st line support for external clients
Lead technical relationships with Agency Trading Desks for UK programmatic campaigns

Skills:
  • Proven 3+ years experience in Campaign Management/Client Servicing
  • Interest or experience in mobile advertising
  • At least 12 months experience working in the programmatic industry (mobile experience preferable but not essential)
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Technical interest with business oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial approach
  • A highly organised, logical thinker working well under pressure
  • Curious and fast learner
  • Motivated by working in a fast moving environment
  • Someone who can rise to the challenge of the occasional team bake-off, or write a great Friday quiz – culture is hugely important to our client.
