Moriati Media, established for over 25 years as a leading Media/Digital recruitment consultancy, and based in Covent Garden.
Due to the company’s expansion we are searching for 2 trainee consultant / Resourcer who's looking to move into the world of media recruitment. You could be either a graduate or just out of college. Knowledge of the digital space is of benefit.
As a Trainee you’ll work alongside our dedicated team of recruiters who cover Sales, SEO/PPC/Planning/Buying and Ad- Ops, sourcing candidates across all these industries and meeting clients. This is a great opportunity to learn the digital landscape from a very experienced group of consultants. A background in media, sales or recruitment is beneficial, however is not essential. Our training and mentoring program is extensive, practical and is tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses. We offer fast-track progression opportunities for exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates.
- Meeting new and existing clients whilst maintaining a strong sense of customer awareness.
- Account management.
- Identifying potential sales leads.
- Screening potential candidates.
- Helping place candidates into permanent roles with our Digital/Media clients.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualities we are looking for:
Consultative sales skills.
Recruitment experience useful but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- A passion for recruitment and the media industry.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent business English essential.
- Target driven.
- Excellent time management.
- A strong work ethic and a good team player.
- A good sense of humour.
- Good relationship-building skills.
