Description
As a key member of the Global Digital Center Marketing team, the Marketing Performance Analyst will thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment. You will provide extensive analysis into the overall value and performance of our global marketing programs, spanning all offline and online marketing activities and using that data to demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders.
 
This will include setting metrics, KPIs and targets with senior stakeholders for the demand funnel and soft metrics around brand awareness, net promoter scores, sentiment and presenting in depth analysis on regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews. This analysis will help the global marketing teams drive optimumal performance from their investments and demonstrate the value of marketing to the business.
 
To be successful in this role you must be able to provide performance insights within Salesforce to global senior marketing and sales stakeholders to facilitate data-driven discussions on where to improve and optimise marketing programs, processes, and reporting. 

What you’ll do : 

  • Work with key stakeholders across all marketing functions to determine key KPIs and understand the ROI on marketing investments across all global marketing programs 
  • Develop and document clear processes and a framework to drive efficiency and best practice for marketing performance reports and lead management 
  • Develop and drive marketing performance reports to better understand marketing’s contribution to the business across the buyer’s journey
  • Collaborate on analysis and interpretation of data with marketing, sales, sales effectiveness and sales operations to drive data-driven decisions
  • Train and support regional teams on reporting, dashboards and best practices to support global marketing programs 
  • Create and manage tools and dashboards in Salesforce & Pardot to create insight and recommendations for continuous monitoring and optimization 
  • Support the planning and tracking of campaigns via Salesforce and Pardot 
  • Align marketing performance goals with budget and planning 
  • Manage ad-hoc marketing operations projects and tools as required to perform the role and support the broader remit of the team. 

  • Who you are : 

  • Degree or post graduate qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent 
  • Extensive experience in B2B technology or ad-tech companies within a sales or marketing operations function 
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver global marketing performance reporting and marketing insight in a fast-paced environment 
  • Previous experience of using SFDC and CRM tools for creating analysing data and creating reports and dashboards 
  • Experience of using analytics & BI tools, such as Tableau 
  • Marketing automation experience is advantageous 
  • Proven experience of managing third-party agencies 
  • Analytically minded with an ability to analyse data and make business recommendations for improvement and optimisation 
  • Understanding of metrics and industry standards is key 
  • Excellent team player with the ability to drive and deliver complex projects 
  • Confidence and demonstrable experience of presenting to board level and managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders 
  • This is a global role so language skills would also be advantageous.
