Description
We are seeking a well-organised Data Officer to facilitate and support the data processes and reporting requirements within the Marketing Operations team. Collaborating with the Global Marketing teams with their marketing campaigns and enabling them to understand their marketable audience. 
Job Specification
Our client is looking for a Marketing Data Manager who recognises that data is the heart of the business. 
This person has a can-do attitude, with a genuine interest in enabling the marketing organisation to succeed. 
Marketing Database Support (Salesforce Enterprise Lightning and Pardot)
  • Execute Data Quality project tasks set bSenior Database Manager including deduplicating lead and contact data, completing data from third party databases, manipulating data sets in Excel and loading to Salesforce via Dataloader

  • Run weekly calls with Indian based data agency to supervise regular data steward data administration task, keeping management informed of all updates
  •  
  • Support Field Marketing teams by manipulating new lead lists and importing into CRM within SLA

  • Provide all segmentation reports for Marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Pardot reporting

  • Update marketers campaigns by updating event attendance and campaign responses in Salesforce CRM

  • Comply to data retention policy and archive and delete data in Pardot and Salesforce twice a year
  •  
  • Managing opt-ins and opt-outs for marketing to ensure database is compliant

  • Regularly validating new and existing data lists via Zerobounce and Experian  

  • Producing ad-hoc analysis of marketing data for Database Manager and Marketing Heads

  • Building and maintaining quarterly data quality scorecards

  • Carry out a weekly data audits of contact and lead data to enable marketing attribution

  • Update Database Manager weekly on task progress
 
Skills & Requirements
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, Pivot Tables)

  • Salesforce Data Reporting 
  •  
  • Understanding of Data Visualisation best practices

  • Marketing Reporting in a B2B organisation

  • Pardot marketing automation platform experience

  • Well-organised

  • Able to work to strict deadlines  
  •  
  • Good communicator in speech and writing with a confident can-do attitude

  • Preferable Salesforce Workbench – SQL 

  • Preferable Cloudingo, Tableau, Qliksense

  • Foreign languages would be an advantage
