- A world leader in multimedia news reaching millions of people every day is looking for Media Planning Sales Support / Sales Planner                                                                                                                                                      Position Overview:This role is required to help the sales team by providing fast and accurate administrative support, enabling sellers to be more actively in the market selling our portfolio as profitably as possible. Responsibilities:Pre-Sales:
- Analyze key account data (internal and external) to develop valuable insights for sales
- Apply all available research data to develop insights for customers
- Work with sales marketing and research teams to create multi-media sales presentations and packages
- Act as internal liaison to the marketing, product and business operations teams
- Build detailed media plans for client proposals, following stringent company guidelines
- Ensure all activities (pipeline, proposals, updates and edits) are fully updated on salesforce at all times
Campaign Stewardship:- Review agency IOs and contract terms in order to get management signature/approval
- Communicate and secure inventory for new programs with ad operations group
- Process insertion orders and revisions
- Communicate with Marketing and Design teams regarding program elements requiring product/design development
- Work with ad operations to ensure delivery of campaigns
- Work with ad operations and sales executives to optimize media campaigns 
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency media teams in regard to creative assets collection and management, campaign optimization recommendations and day-to-day campaign maintenance
Post Sales:- Reconcile billing issues with clients and the Accounting team
- Maintain third-party reports on all campaigns to ensure accurate billing for customers and maintain campaign fulfillment with the AdOps team with weekly meetings.
- Develop summary reports that reflect performance of the campaign with screenshots and final campaign tracking reports
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office applications, especially excel and powerpoint
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
- Self-starter; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Highly analytical
- Knowledge of competitors
