- Our international client offers brands and agencies a unique full service multi-channel advertising solution. Agencies can plan, activate and manage their campaigns across multiple channels (audio, desktop, mobile and out of home) via their demand side platform.
This role focuses on managing the campaigns that they are running on behalf of key agency clients. The right candidate will be expected to manage the relationship with the agency from the point of campaign approval.
This involves:- Liaising with internal teams (creative solutions, sales, adops etc…) to ensure they have everything in place for the campaign to go live on time.
- Monitoring campaign delivery and performance, feeding back regularly to the client as to how their campaigns are performing and providing regular reporting and insights to the client
- Presenting campaign reports, insights and future suggestions to agencies and/or clients direct
- Working with the sales team to come up with creative responses to briefs whenever required
- As the senior member of the Client Services team you will also be expected to provide guidance and support to other members of the team
- Implement new processes wherever needed and identify areas where we can improve.
Requirements- 1 to 3 years relevant experience
- Passion for creative advertising and data led advertising solutions
- Decent knowledge and understanding of digital advertising, mobile would also be an advantage
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must have a decent understanding of customer service and the importance of continually raising standards
- Ambitious, outgoing & personable
- A ‘get it done’ attitude and an understanding of how to break down barriers and overcome objections
