Key areas of responsibility include:
Supporting front-line sales-force by ensuring programmatic campaigns suit advertiser requirements and maximise revenue
Work with programmatic sales specialists, advertising managers, inventory and product teams to ensure optimal solutions are sold and delivered
Develop system checks in order to monitor, optimise and report on overall programmatic advertising supply chain
- Managing campaigns, including ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs.
- Overseeing the execution of operational tasks including budget management, billing and campaign creative trafficking.
- Conducting regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within and across campaigns.
- Maximising yield of OMP and deliver of all PG, PMP PD campaigns
- Providing monthly reporting and Programmatic insights
- Optimize OMP yield by using floors and blocks to maintain OMP revenue whilst remaining focused on driving growth in PMP/PG/Direct
- Act as main technical support lead for global PMP, PD & PG deals globally
- Use insights to ensure partners are not leaking data & are performing optimally
- Update and Manage the partner score card on a quarterly basis
- Work collaboratively with Pricing and Inventory, Ops and Sales Specialist teams to help ensure a best in class ad stack
- Provide Sales with market intelligence on key accounts for new and upsell opportunities based on analysis of spend in OMP/PMP
- Ensure company delivers the highest level of fraud prevention and brand safety in all programmatic transactions
- Providing avails and recommendations for proposals/pitches
- Ensure correct PMP/PG opportunity values are being entered into salesforce and working with bus ops on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Setting up PMPs and PGs in GAM and Rubicon and other partners as required
- Working daily with PSS, ATDs and Platforms to ensure optimal delivery of PGs and PMPs
- Trouble shooting campaign and tech stack issues
- Create automated reports for clients and internal PSS to review pacing, revenue, performance
- Provide month end reporting to Operations, Sales and Finance across PMPs/PG and OMP
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of online ad serving at a technical level
- Deep experience with key programmatic and digital platforms
- Understanding and familiarity of key industry concepts and trends
- Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems right down to the code level.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Flash and Linux.
