Description
A sales person & negotiator responsible for servicing the procurement & buying teams on a portfolio of agencies. Focused on the effective delivery of the agency deal across print & digital.
 
  • Day to day contact for print & digital buyers for .

  • Improve company profile amongst key buyers

  • Maximise share and revenue opportunities through up selling & cross selling

  • Ensure weekly budgets are hit

  • Create incremental revenue opportunities from deals

  • Excellent knowledge of our brands & market place

  • Create deep relationships with all contacts

  • Face to Face selling – 5 meetings a week

  • Telephone selling – where appropriate

  • Growing new & lapsed business through existing or new categories across print & digital 

  • Implementing yield and market share strategies

  • Using all brand platforms where required to maximise commercial opportunity

  • Demonstrate the ability to sell creatively outside traditional Display opportunities.

 
Selection criteria
  • Strong agency relationships 

  • Proven & strong negotiator

  • Numerate

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the market – press & digital

  • New thinker – ability to drive new ideas and initiatives

  • Capable of representing full portfolio / generating cross portfolio revenues 

  • Enthusiastic, energetic & professional

  • Both internally and externally recognised as a company ambassador 

  • Have a full understanding of your sales targets

  • Be proficient in all necessary research tools
