- The roleYou’ll be responsible for delivering actionable insights, reporting on performance metrics, campaign effectiveness and using research to help inform digital strategies supporting this dynamic multi media company's commercial teams and clients.Your key focus will be utilising your data analytics skills to analyse large sets of display and social media data to report on advertising campaign performance for clients.A key responsibility will be managing workflow and process of all weekly and PCA reports.To be considered for this role, we're looking for you to already have some experience working in a similar data analytics-focused role, ideally within the media sector.You'll feel comfortable working with large data sets and using your analytic skills to query data, and then present visually in a format that's easy to digest by non-technical colleagues.Skills and Requirements• Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Celtra, Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Datorama (Preferred)• Diligent, with strong attention to detail.• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.• Able to work well under the pressure of time constraints.Responsibilities• Design and implement reports that track key business metrics and deliver actionable insights to key internal stakeholders. You’ll work with these stakeholders to help define business reporting requirements.• Generate and communicate actionable insights and recommendations• Investigate competitors in the digital space and research platform trends in order to keep teams up to date with strategies• Measure campaign effectiveness against industry benchmarks.• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for client’s media planning and buying• Work as a thought leader when it comes to new applications and uses of data for clients• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding requirements to clients and agencies and managing commercial reporting expectations.Wider Additional Responsibilities & Projects• Conduct quantitative and qualitative audience research for the brand.• Act as a resource to deliver ad hoc data and insights requests and consultancy from across the business.• Partner with the Global Business Analytics teams on the integration, best practices and integrity of multiple data sources.• Develop the best data stack for all inputs, that can help consolidate the business wide data.
