ROLE OVERVIEW
 

  • Proactively manage multiple advertiser clients’ accounts across Native formats with UK, EU and Global advertisers to ensure long term commercial partnerships.
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with media planners and buyers at media agencies & publishers, and be responsible for the growth of existing business.
  • Be prepared to build, sustain and grow client direct business.
  • Analyse campaign objectives vs. performance data and pass on qualified leads to sales for lookalike business.
  • Maintain regular contact with agencies regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and opportunities.
  • Work with Sales, Operations & Product Teams to project manage optimum campaign setup and optimize growth and retention on your accounts.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns with delivery or performance issues for clients and agencies.
  • Create high quality presentations and proposals for our clients, which focus on insights and consultative selling from our product roster.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

 

  • Proven experience in an AM or SAE role
  • Commercially minded with track record of driving account growth
  • Impeccable written communication skills (editorial experience would be advantageous)
  • Data-handling ability
  • Very good inter-personal and presentation skills 
  • Solid organisational skills and a powerful ability to multi-task
  • Networking skills and an active interest in meeting key players from multiple industries
  • A demonstrable understanding of the current commercial importance of digital marketing content 
  • Experience using Salesforce (not essential)
  • Experience of working in an agency environment and of the levels of care expected by major brands
  • Experience of working alongside creative and commercial teams
