- CLIENTOur client is an award winning, successful digital marketing agency. The agency is made up of five core teams: Client Services, Digital Media, PPC, SEO, and Ad Operations.ABOUT THE ROLEResponsible for the structing data for client business insights across the agency (Paid media, Natural and Paid Search). Scoping and building dashboards across a number of applications. Developing visualizations that support detailed and actionable insights. Leading product development with proprietary dashboard application and shaping product offering within the data insights space.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scoping and applying commercials to client projects
- Connecting marketing performance platforms (API, SFPT, Editable Upload)
- Product Development and Management and data projects from end to end
- Lead relationship with Dashboard platforms feeding into product roadmap
- Participates in pitches
- Consulting on how to connect digital performance marketing data into client’s internal platforms
- Automisation of internal data
- Liaising with teams to understand their reporting challenges and requirements
- Integrating new clients and their data sources on to the dashboard platform
- Examine and evaluate purpose and content of reports to develop new or improve existing format.
- Recommend new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
- Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and the customer journey, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Analyse the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth
- Consult and development of customized measurement framework aligned to client business objectives
- Conduct internal & client platform training
ABOUT YOUIdeally, you’ll have the following skills:
- Experience with Dashboard platforms (Bright Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI, Looker etc.)
- Experience with data visualisation platforms and data analysis within media
- Knowledge of Mobile in- app products, integrations and reporting methods
- Strong logical/mathematical background
- Knowledge of other visualisation platforms and ability to give comparisons between them
- Ability to work with ETL
- Strong understanding of data model concepts
- Excellent working knowledge of database structures - confident with SQL and VBA
- Digital marketing knowledge and experience with common martech platforms (Adwords, Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Facebook etc)
- Commercial thinking and stakeholder management
- Creative approach to productisation and the link to the business commercial objectives
- Ability to upsell modules to clients as the needs arise
- Keen attention to detail ability to produce consistently accurate reports and maintains data and formula accuracy across periods of change within tight timescales
